Indiana Pure Honey Wine was starting distribution overseas in South Korea. For this, they needed a fresh new design that had roots in its origin yet incorporated Korean characters to integrate itself into a new market. Cute and colorful designs are welcomed by consumers in Korea, thus bright colors were paired with cartoon-like bee and honey illustrations to ensure a lasting and impactful connection.
Pure honey wine's logo gets its main attribute from the motion portrayed through the flow of honey. The typography is bold with bright highlights and has long stretched out letters as if it were made out of a substance like honey. The bright purple color is not only complementary of the color of honey and bees, but also is reminiscent of a flower the bee would pollinate.
